As Promotional Manager for Noise Complaints the musical. I had the opportunity to lead the end-to-end development and execution of the show’s promotional strategy. This role was a dynamic blend of creativity, leadership, and strategic communication and one that pushed me to think big, act fast, and deliver results that exceeded expectations.

From the outset, I was responsible for shaping the public narrative of the production. I crafted press releases that captured the energy and originality of the show, ensuring our messaging was both professional and engaging. I also managed and published all social media content across platforms, tailoring our tone and visuals to resonate with our student audience while maintaining consistency with the production’s brand identity.

A key part of my role involved overseeing a talented team of graphic designers and photographers. I worked closely with them to ensure our visual storytelling was cohesive, compelling, and aligned with the creative direction of the show. From teaser trailers to behind-the-scenes content, every asset was designed to build anticipation and drive engagement.

One of the highlights of the campaign was securing three radio features through strategic networking and media outreach. These spots gave us a platform to share our story with a broader audience and significantly boosted ticket sales. I also coordinated an on-location film shoot at The Orient Hotel, which added a unique and authentic layer to our promotional content which was an initiative that required negotiation, planning, and cross-team collaboration.

Throughout the campaign, I worked hand-in-hand with production managers, filmographers, and creatives to ensure every promotional touchpoint reflected the energy and professionalism of the show. Our efforts paid off: we smashed our KPIs, culminating in a sold-out closing night and a campaign that was widely praised for its polish and impact. This experience deepened my understanding of integrated marketing, team leadership, and brand storytelling under pressure. It also reinforced the power of collaboration and the importance of aligning creative vision with strategic execution. Noise Complaints wasn’t just a musical, it was a masterclass in what’s possible when passion meets purpose.
